JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a positive and engaged chef who is passionate about meal pedagogy!

The preschool is located in Ausås just outside Ängelholm, has 2 departments, and accommodates about 30 children aged 1-5.

The position is a temporary position of about 75% starting in mid-January and lasting until the summer with a possibility of extension.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations in the kitchen, which includes orders, self-control, planning, cooking, as well as budget responsibility and of course all other tasks that occur in the kitchen.

The kitchen is KRAV certified, and the operation is led in close collaboration with the staff at the preschool and in accordance with laws, agreements, and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, people, and the environment who wants to create meal joy for Ängelholm's youngest diners.

You are a trained/experienced chef, have relevant IT skills, possess good communication skills, and have good Swedish in speech and writing.

As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, and self-driven. Leading yourself, engaging others, and having good collaboration skills are prerequisites for success. You are flexible and service-oriented and always put the guest in focus.

Education and/or experience in working with meal pedagogy is an advantage.
